A multicenter, randomized, double-blind study to compare the reffects of V1-0521, Phentermine, and placebo on ambulatory blood pressure in overweihgt or obese patients. This is a weight loss medication, looking at the effects of Blood Pressure.
Men and Women: Age 18-75
Must be overweight or obese: BMI 27 or greater
Must be diagnosed with one or more of the following conditions: OVERWEIGHT OR OBESE,
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, TYPE 2 DIABETES OR PREDIABETES, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, SLEEP APNEA

Blood Pressure must be 140/90 or below at screening
Patients can not work the night shift
Can't currently be on a weight loss program
