Summary:

Individuals 50 years of age and older with ≥ 20 pack-years history of smoking who are scheduled or planned for a first-time or annual follow-up chest computed tomography (CT) scan for lung cancer screening within approximately 30 days after enrollment. 



Criteria:

50 years or older
≥ 20 pack-years history of smoking
Planned for a first-time or annual follow-up chest computed tomography (CT) scan for lung cancer screening


Qualified Participants May Receive:

You will receive $100 per enrollment visit completed. 
You will receive $100 for the 5-Year Follow-up Blood Specimen Collection visit. 
You will receive $100.00 for completing an additional blood sample collection because the initial blood sample was unacceptable (unable to be processed or tested).
