Summary:
Chronic Kidney Disease Study (caused by Diabetes or High Blood Pressure) and have uncontrolled High Blood Pressure. This is an 8 month study with 12 office visits.
Criteria:Patients must be 18 or older with CKD caused by High Blood Pressure and or Diabetes and be on certain Blood Pressure medications to participate. Type 2 Diabetics must have an A1c less than 10.5. Pt must be willing to do a 24 hour urine collection up to 4 times during the study.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Patients will receive Study CKD medication, all study related care and compensation for time and travel.
Transportaion may be provided.
