The VIP Survey
Become a VIP and Help Evaluate the COVID-19 Vaccine Impact on Productivity
Researchers are looking for volunteers to complete the VIP Survey each night - for up to one week following their COVID-19 vaccination appointment - to better evaluate the known reactions of the vaccine such as injection site pain, fatigue, and fever.
The information collected from this survey will contribute to understanding the immune system response to the COVID-19 vaccine and may inform decisions about potential employer-based vaccination policies.
You may be eligible to complete this survey if you are:
- Between 18 and 65 years of age
- Receiving your second (mRNA or Novavax) or first booster (Novavax) dose of a COVID-19 vaccine at one of our sites
- Employed and working for pay at least 20 hours per week and scheduled to work at least 3 of the 6 days following vaccination
- Able to access a smartphone, tablet, or computer and have a valid email address to complete the daily survey questions online
- Able to read and understand English or Spanish
The survey will take no more than 15 minutes each night for six days following your appointment, and volunteers will receive up to $175 in gift cards for participating in the survey.
