Summary:

The Esther Study: A Clinical Trial for Adults with Glaucoma and Ocular Hypertension

If you have glaucoma or ocular hypertension (increased pressure in the eye), you may be able to join the Esther study. This study is testing an investigational preservative-free eyedrop compared to a licensed eyedrop that contains preservatives.

Why is the Esther study being done?

The goal of the Esther study is to find out how well the investigational eyedrop works in lowering high eye pressure and how safe it is compared to the licensed, preserved eyedrop. The study drugs, visits and exams are free of charge.
