Local researchers at Triad Clinical Trials are evaluating the efficacy and safety of an investigational drug compared to a currently approved medication in reducing bilateral lower extremity pain from Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) in adults aged 18 to 80 years old.   • Be 18 to 80 years of age
  • Have a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus type 1 or type 2
  • Have bilateral pain in their lower extremities due to DPN for at least 1 year


Qualified Participants May Receive:

There is no cost to participate and health insurance is not required to participate. Participants will receive all study-related visits and investigational drug or standard of care medication at no cost. Eligible participants may receive compensation for study-related time.
