Summary:
A study to investigate glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes switching to Tirzepatide from a GLP-1 RA. 5 Visits over 12 weeks.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be at least 18 years old
•
Have a BMI of 25 or more
•
Must be on Ozempic, Trulicity or Victoza
•
Have an A1c between 6.5 and 9
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Covered medical procedures.
Coverd medication.
Compensation up to $250.
