Summary:

This is a biospecimen collection study to facilitate development of an ex vivo device platform for culture, immune assay, and biobanking of leukapheresis-derived circulating tumor cells, immune cells, and progenitor cells.

This is a non-therapeutic laboratory research study (a trial that does not provide treatment to you), also called an observational biospecimen collection research study. Study consists of having blood drawn for patients with any solid tumor cancer (no blood cancers) at any stage, patients with an autoimmune disease, or healthy patients.  You will also be assessed for consideration of leukapheresis. During this procedure, blood is collected and part of the blood's cellular components (white blood cells) are taken out while the rest of the blood is returned to the donor. 



Criteria:

Be >18 years of age.

Not be pregnant.

Be negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C.

For cancer patients, be diagnosed with any solid tumor type at any stage.
