Volunteering can help make a difference
You may be eligible to take part in the Beacon Study if you:
- are 40 years of age or older
- have at least 2 of the following COVID-19 signs and symptoms:
- cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, headache, chills and/or sweats, muscle aches and pain, fatigue, nausea (with or without vomiting), or
- one of the above symptoms and fever
- experienced your first COVID-19 sign or symptom within 72 hours prior to study enrollment
Eligible participants will receive study-related medication, assessments, and care at no cost. You will also receive compensation for travel while participating. Health insurance is not required to take part.
