What is the SERENE study?
The purpose of the SERENE study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of relugolix combination therapy (a fixed dose tablet containing three active ingredients: relugolix, estradiol, and norethindrone acetate) at preventing pregnancy in women with uterine fibroids or endometriosis.



Criteria:

• Be a woman 18 to 50 years of age and have regular monthly menstrual periods 
• Have a diagnosis of either uterine fibroids with heavy menstrual bleeding or endometriosis 
• Be sexually active 
• Be willing to use the study drug as your only method of birth control for one year 
• Agree to complete a daily electronic diary (eDiary)


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Study-related medication

  • Exams & lab work at no cost

  • If you qualify, you may be compensated for time and travel (up to $100 per Clinic Visit)
