Study Summary:

The purpose of this study is to see whether testosterone replacement in men who take opioid-based pain medications and have low testosterone levels will show improvement in pain tolerance, pain perception and quality of life over a 14-week treatment period.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be male 18 years of age or older
• Have chronic pain
• Be on prescription pain medications


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Parking vouchers and a car service to and from the pain laboratory.
