Study Summary:

The study involves research to look at the effect of two experimental medicines (an inhaled corticosteroid and a bronchodilator) in people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 40 years of age or older
• Have a diagnosis of COPD
• Used tobacco currently or in the past
• Have a history of a COPD exacerbation/episode within the last 12 months

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation for time and travel, full physical and labs, medicine, lung function tests, EKG, chest x-ray, and smoking counseling.
