Study Summary:

Study exploring the effect that an FDA-Approved medication has on gastric secretion.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have pain or discomfort located in the upper abdomen ranked from moderate to severe intensity at least 3 times a week for 12 weeks prior to screening as a predominant symptom
• Other symptoms such as heartburn, regurgitation, bloating, belching and/or nausea are accepted if they are not predominant
• Be between the ages of 18 and 55
• Be capable to give consent and comply with all study requirements for duration of study
• Be willing to have blood test and urine pregnancy test (if applicable) to qualify for study
• Be willing to take FDA approved study medication
