Did you just get diagnosed as being a TYPE 1 DIABETIC?
Have you been given Insulin? Maybe we can also help!
We are looking for volunteers who have just been diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetics.
All is free and confidential. No insurance is necessary.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have just recently been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes

Have been given Insulin
Qualified Participants May Receive:
