Study Summary:

This is a study of patients with refractory endometriosis who have surgery as their next therapeutic option. The purpose is to determine whether the medication in co-administration with an oral contraceptive reduces pelvic pain and functional impairment as compared to placebo.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18-49 years of age
• Have failed current or previous treatment
• Have had a surgical diagnosis (laparoscopy) of endometriosis within past 5 years
• Be experiencing pelvic pain

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study medication, physical exams, laboratories, echocardiograms, and bone density scans at no cost. You may also receive compensation for time and travel.
