Study Summary:

A 6-month, phase3, randomized, double blind study to evaluate the incidence of gastric ulcers following administration of either PA32540 or enteric coated aspirin 325mg in subjects who are at risk for developing aspirin associated ulcers.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18-60 years of age
• Currently be on 325mg Aspirin for secondary prevention of cardio or cerebro vascular events
• If less then 60 years of age, have a documented history of gastric or duodenal ulcer

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Trial medications and investigations at no cost, and compensation for time and travel.
