Study Summary:

A 12-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of asimadoline in subjects with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18-79 years of age
• Have IBS-Diarhhea symptoms for at least 6 months before enrolling in the study


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Trial medications and investigations at no cost, and compensation for time and travel.
