Study Summary:

A clinical research study testing the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of a new investigational study medication for the treatment of all types of flu, including seasonal flu and the 2009 H1N1 flu (swine flu).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 to 70 years of age
• Have their first study visit take place within 48 hours of the start of any of the following flu symptoms: Fever of 100 degrees F or more, sweats or chills, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, headache, muscle aches, extreme tiredness or fatigue


Qualified Participants May Receive:

All study-related medical care and the investigational study medication at no charge. Participants may be compensated for their time and reimbursement for study-related expenses may also be provided.
