Summary:
Safety and efficacy of study drug in subjects with mild to moderate ulcerative proctitis or proctosigmoiditis.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18-75 years of age
•
Have been diagnosed with active ulcerative proctitis or proctosigmoiditis with mild to moderate symptoms
•
Have not had previous intestinal surgery except for removal of appendix or gallbladder, or hernia repair
•
Be willing to undergo colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy
