Do you suffer from moderate to severe low back pain?
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older

Suffer from moderate to severe low back pain
•
Currently be taking a narcotic for your low back pain
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Compensation of up to $600 for your time and travel.
