Qualified Participants Must:
• Have cholesterol lower than 400
•
Be 18 years of age or older
•
Have not had a recent cholesterol test, call us today and we will check it for free
•
Not be a diabetic
•
Not be taking any medications for your cholesterol including over the counter omega-3 fish oil tablets within the past 6 months
Qualified Participants May Receive:
