Summary:
Seeking men and women over the age of 18 with myelofibrosis. This study is to evaluate the effect of a medication on spleen volume in subjects with primary myelofibrosis (PMF), post-polycythemia vera-myelofibrosis PPV-MF), and post essential thrombocythemia-myelofibrosis (PET-MF).
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
•
Be diagnosed with myelofibrosis (PMF, PPV-MF, or PET-MF)
•
Be willing to receive blood transfusions
•
Have a palpable spleen
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study related medication adn medical care at no cost. Eligible participants will receive compensation for their time and travel.
