Summary:
A Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, parallel treatment group, multicenter efficacy and safety study of intra-anal application of Iferanserin(10mg as a 0.5% Ointment) in subjects with symptomatic internal hemorrhoids.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be a male or nonpregnant female
•
Be 18 to 75 years of age
•
Have internal hemorrhoids
•
Have bleeding from hemorrhoids for two consecutive days prior to randomization
•
Have itching or pain for two consecutive days prior to randomization
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Will be reimbursed for the cost of time and travel.
