Summary:
Patients with moderate to severe, stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 40 years of age or older
•
Be current or former smoker with history of at least 10 pack-years
•
Have stable COPD
•
Not be hospitalized within the past 3 months for COPD exacerbation
no clinical significant respiratory conditions
NO history of Asthma as a child or an adult
No use of oxygen therapy greater than 15 hours a day.
This is a one year study. Must be willing to keep all appointments per study protocol.
