Summary:
Do you have Type 2 Diabetes?
If you take medication for both type 2 diabetes & high blood pressure (hypertension), but your blood sugar and blood pressure levels could be better controlled, you may qualify to participate in this 4 month study for an investigational study drug to treat both conditions.
Volunteers will continue their current medications.
Participants will receive study related physician visits, study medication or placebo, and study related lab tests at no charge.
Financial compensation of up to $500 is provided for time and travel.
