Summary:
We are currently looking for study volunteers to participate in a clinical trial involving for GOUT. This clinical trial consists of approximately 20 visits over a 2-5 year time frame. Compensation for time and travel is up to $600.
Qualified Participants Must:
• If male, be 50 years of age or older
•
If female, be 55 years of age or older and at least 2-years post-menopausal
•
Have a history of CV or cerebrovascular disease including at least one of the following: Myocardial infarction (MI),Hospitalized unstable angina, Cardiac or cerebral revascularization procedure, Stroke, Hospitalized transient ischemic attack (TIA),Peripheral vascular disease, History of diabetes mellitus with evidence of micro- or macrovascular disease (retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, small vessel vascular diseases)

Not have had had a MI or stroke within 60 days prior to the screening visit
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study related procedures, supplies and medications at no cost and compensation for time and travel up to $600.
