Summary:
This study is to determine whether a nutritional supplement containing glucosamine and amino acids will increase the body's hydration.
Supplements will be taken twice a day for 6 weeks, with visits to the research center at baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Not be currently taking any regular nutritional supplement
•
Be able to refrain from taking any new supplements or making any drastic dietary changes during the course of the study
Qualified Participants May Receive:
