Qualified Participants Must:
• Be female

Be 14 year of age or older (kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent)

Provide urine sample, PAP Test and 3 swabs
Qualified Participants May Receive:
PAP test at no cost, confidential chlamydia & gonorrhea results, and study study visit conducted by a board certified Gynecologist
