Summary:
This is a 2-year research study evaluating the efficacy and safety of an investigational drug for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be postmenopausal women
•
Be age 60 to 90
•
Have low bone density in the hip
•
Not currently be taking a bisphosphonate
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study-related procedures and drugs at no cost, calcium and vitamin D, and reimbursement for time and travel.
