Summary:
Patients between 18-85 years of age, male or female. Taking only allopurinol to lower uric acid for Gout for at least 8 weeks prior to the Screening Visit at a stable dose of at least 300 mg with lower amounts as applicable. Has not had an "acute Gout Flare" within 7 days prior to baseline visit (DAY1).
Qualified Participants Must:
• Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
•
Not consume more than 14 drinks of alcohol per week
•
Have no drug abuse within the past 5 years
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Compensation for time and study participation as well as transportation if needed.
