Qualified Participants Must:
• If male, be over 50 years of age

If female, be over 55 years of age
•
Have a prior history of cardiovascular disease (including stroke, blocked arteries, diabetes)
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study related medicine and care at no cost and
$50 per visit.
