Summary:
The purpose of this research study is to assess the effects of an FDA approved prescription cold sore cream in children ages 6-11. This cream is currently not approved for use in children.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be between 6 and 11 years of age
•
Be generally healthy
•
Have a history of recurrent cold sores with at least 2 recurrences during the last 12 months
Qualified Participants May Receive:
The investigational study product, physical exam at no cost and compensation for time and travel up to $250.
