Summary:

Cercacor is currently seeking men and women with Type 1 or Insulin dependent Type II diabetes to participate in a study of a new blood glucose measurement system. Diabetics’ blood glucose levels will be tested over a 4-hour period to test and evaluate the new system and to compare to commercially available, over the counter and hospital grade blood glucose meters.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 65 years of age
• Be healthy subjects with Type I or Insulin dependent Type II diabetes
• Be able to give informed consent
• Possess English literacy
• Not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant
• Be able to tolerate venipuncture or IV cannulation


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation of $200 for participation in a 4-hour test session.
