Summary:

Clinical outcomes study to compare the effect of study drug vs placebo on survival in subjects with moderate COPD and risk of cardiovascular disease.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 40 and 80 years of age
• Have a diagnosis of COPD
• Have a risk of cardiovascular disease
• Be a current or former smoker


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study drug and study related care at no cost and reimbursement for participation.
