Summary:
A Clinical Outcome Study to compare the effect of Fluticasone Inhalation powder vs.placebo on survival in subjects with moderate Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD) and a history of or at increased risk for cardiovascular disease
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have been diagnosed with COPD
•
Be between 40 and 80 years of age
Qualified Participants May Receive:

and free medication.
