Summary:

The study will compare the effects of an investigational drug to a placebo in subjects with chronic cough lasting over 8 weeks. The study drug (lozenges), is intended to decrease coughing activity.

Study will last up to 6 weeks and includes 5 site visits. Participation in this study may help doctors find ways to treat others with Chronic Refractory Cough in the future.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 75 years of age
• Have had chronic cough for more than 8 weeks
• Have been treated for asthma, post nasal drip, or GERD
• Have also had cough without a diagnosis


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Investigational medication, study related procedures at no cost, and $150 for Completion of Study.
