Summary:

This study is being done to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an investigational drug administered subcutaneously in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

Inclusion Criteria:
•Male or female >18 years of age
•Diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
•Positive antinuclear antibodies (ANA)


Exclusion Criteria:
•Active severe lupus kidney disease
•Active central nervous system or peripheral neurologic disease
•Previously received rituximab
•Pregnant or breastfeeding


Qualified Participants May Receive:

The study drug as well as all research-related tests, procedures and visits will be provided at no cost to the subject and their insurance.

Additionally, the subject will receive $75 for each scheduled clinic visit completed (with the exception of Visit 1A which there will be no payment for). The subject will not be charged for parking while attending study visits.
