To evaluate the safety and tolerability of BS-5945 in patients with opioid induced constipation.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 80 years of age
• Have not received adequate relief with other treatments
• Be taking an opioid medication

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation for time and travel.
