Summary:
Volunteers needed for a Long-Term Psoriasis medical research study.
This study will evaluate an investigational medication in people who have moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The investigational medication is administered by injection. Over the first 12 weeks in the study volunteers will receive either the investigational medication, a currently approved psoriasis medication or placebo. There is a 1 in 6 chance of receiving the placebo. After 12 weeks, volunteers will receive either the investigational medication or a currently approved psoriasis medication for the remainder of the study.
To qualify you must:
• Be 18 to 75 years of age
• Have had moderate/severe psoriasis for at least 6 months
• Be able to report psoriasis symptoms in an electronic diary
Study Duration: 25 visits – 1st year; 10 visits in 2nd year; and thereafter 4 visits per year. Total study duration is 5 years.
