| The Immune Tolerance Network wants to partner with you in a Phase II clinical trial of abatacept. You may know this treatment by its branded name, Orencia. Because it has not been thoroughly tested in MS however, it is considered an experimental therapy for patients like you. |

About Participating
Here are a few basic things you should know about participating in the ACCLAIM Study: - Participants receive frequent neurological and MRI tests to keep abreast of their progress
- Study participants meet regularly with physician experts
- All participants who remain eligible throughout the study will receive two courses of treatment, one with the study drug abatacept and a second with a placebo (one in three participants will receive the placebo in the first course)
- All study-related care and treatments are provided at no cost to you
- Participation lasts up to 15 months

Do You Qualify?
To participate in the study, you must be: - Be between the ages of 18-65
- Have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS
- Have had one or more relapses, or new MRI lesions in the past year
