Summary:

A MULTICENTER, RANDOMIZED, DOUBLE BLIND, PLACEBO CONTROLLED, PHASE 3 STUDY TO EVALUATE THE LONG TERM SAFETY AND TOLERABILITY OF CB-5945 FOR THE TREATMENT OF OPIOID INDUCED CONSTIPATION IN ADULTS TAKING OPIOID THERAPY FOR CHRONIC NON CANCER PAIN


Qualified Participants Must:

• HAVE CONSTIPATION CAUSED BY OPIOID PAIN MEDICATION, BE BETWEEN 18 AND 80 YEARS OF AGE, BE ON A STABLE DOSE OF OPIOID PAIN MEDICATION FOR NON CANCER RELATED PAIN FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS


Qualified Participants May Receive:

A MAXIMUM OF $860 FOR ALL COMPLETED VISITS, STUDY RELATED MEDICATION, OFFICE VISITS, LABS, ECG AT NO CHARGE
