Summary:
We are looking for people who have type 2 diabetes who have certain risk factors.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
•
Be 40 years of age or older
•
Have been diagnosed with a cardiovascular conditions OR have two of these conditions: high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or be a smoker
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study-related lab tests, medical care and investigational medication at no cost.
