Summary:

Stanford University is conducting a research study looking at the effect of an insulin-sensitizing drug on treatment for depression.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have non-remitted depressive symptoms (either unipolar or bipolar depression are OK)
• Be between 20 and 65 years of age
• Not currently be diagnosed with diabetes, or taking a pre-diabetic medication


Qualified Participants May Receive:

An assessment of their cognitive and metabolic functioning and compensation for their time.
