Summary:

Do you take opioids for back pain? Opioid use carries several side effects. One side effect is that opioids often cause constipation, or Opioid-Induced Constipation (OIC).

Local doctors need your help studying an investigational medication to determine how well it relieves OIC.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have been treated with an opioid for at least 30 days
• Be taking the opioid primarily for back pain


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study medication, study related evaluations and lab work at no cost as well as compensation for time and travel .
