Summary:
This is a 12-week outpatient study to assess the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (C-IBS).

Qualified Participants Must:
• Be between 18 and 75 years of age
•
Have less than three bowel movements per week
•
Have abdominal pain associated with constipation
•
Be willing to maintain a stable diet during the study
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study medications and study related care as well as compensation for time and travel.
