Summary:

If you suffer from chronic constipation you may be eligible to take part in our clinical research study, which is evaluating an investigational study drug for chronic constipation. Our goal is to find a safe and effective alternative treatment option and to improve the quality of life for chronic constipation sufferers worldwide.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a history of constipation for at least 6 months
• Not know the cause of your constipation (i.e. it is not caused by medicines being taken or a known medical condition)
• Have less than 3 bowel movements per week (when not using laxatives)
• In the past 3 months occasionally (about 25% of the time) have 1 or more of the following symptoms
  a. Straining during bowel movement
  b. Hard or lumpy stools
  c. Feel like you haven’t completely emptied your bowels


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related drug and procedures as well as compensation for time and travel may be provided.
