Summary:
Are your triglycerides high?
If so, Wake Research Associates invites you to take part in a medical research study testing the effectiveness of an investigational medication along with diet for the treatment of severe hypertriglyceridemia or high levels of fats in the blood.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be between 18 and 69 years of age
•
Have high triglycerides
•
Be willing to follow a low-saturated fat diet and maintain current level of physical activity throughout the study
Qualified Participants May Receive:
• Study-related medical exams and care
• Study medication
• Compensation up to $280 for time and travel
