Summary:
We are one of approximately 450 study centers participating in a clinical trial being conducted world widely. In total, approximately 11,664 people will participate.
People with asthma are at risk for uncommon but serious problems that may be caused by worsening asthma, such as hospitalization related to asthma, or dying from asthma.
This clinical trial will further evaluate whether patients taking DULERA®with a long-acting beta agonist have a higher risk or having these uncommon but serious problems when compared to patients taking ASMANEX®.
Your participation in the study would last approximately 6 months. As part of your study participation you will be seen or called by the research staff approximately every month.
The information gathered from this study may benefit other people in the future just like you.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 12 years of age or older
•
Have been diagnosed with Asthma for at least 1 year
•
Have a history of worsening asthma symptoms
