Summary:

Do you have high cholesterol? Call about our research study. If your LDL cholesterol is high and not adequately controlled by your current cholesterol-lowering treatments, you may be eligible for a new research study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medication. This study is called: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of an Every Four Weeks Treatment Regimen of Alirocumab in patients with Primary Hypercholesterolemia


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have high LDL cholesterol (Participants may or may not be taking medication for high cholesterol in order to be considered for participation)


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Evaluations, physical exams, routine lab work and investigational medication. Reimbursements for time and travel may be available. No medical insurance is necessary
