Summary:

The primary objective is to demonstrate the efficacy, as determined by overall complete spontaneous bowel movement (CSBM) response, of repeated daily doses of 5 mg and 10 mg elobixibat for the first 12 weeks in patients with chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC).

This study lasts 8.5 months and involves up to 11 visits to our site.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have Chronic Idiopathic Constipation


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related costs included (laboratory tests, study visits, etc.) as well as compensation for time and travel up to about $900.00 .
